Growing pains

Alright, so enough of the cutesie, cutesie. Here is reality. Walking is cute, and exciting, but painful. What stinks about kids learning to walk is that they hurt themselves and get bruises to the point that you are embarrassed to take them to the grocery store for fear that someone will call child welfare on you. Who knows how she got the shiner; she got it at school and I am now so used to them telling me that she fell that I don't even pay attention to the stories anymore. She has 2 other bruises today on her face too..they just don't show up well in the picture. Let's all pray for safe ambulation over the next few days since school pics are next week and then we will be doing the family photo over Thanksgiving. I know it is pitiful, but she is still so freak'n cute. And yes, I took her to the grocery store anyway :)
